Which payment methods are accepted?
For your convenience, we accept:

- Bank transfers (reserved for business accounts or pre-payments)
Airport Shuttles
How far in advance should I book?
To guarantee vehicle availability, we recommend booking your
shuttle
at least 24 hours in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate
last-minute requests depending on our schedule.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries! We monitor your flight status in real-time using
your flight
number. Your driver will adjust their arrival time based on your actual landing, at no
extra charge for waiting due to flight delays.
Express Delivery
What types of items do you transport?
Our Express service is ideal for urgent documents
(envelopes,
contracts), small packages, keys, forgotten luggage, or light goods requiring direct
door-to-door delivery without passing through a sorting center.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery is immediate. Once the package is
picked up,
the driver goes directly to the destination address without detours for other clients.

Vehicles & Comfort
Do you have car seats for children?
Yes, we can provide baby seats or boosters free of charge
upon request.
Please specify this when booking so that the vehicle is equipped
accordingly.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are accepted if transported in a suitable carrier or if
they are
service dogs. Please let us know in advance so we can provide the appropriate vehicle.
