Cancellations and Deposits

At Taxizara, we take care of every booking to provide a quality service. Deposits paid are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the customer. We recommend that our customers carefully check the details of their booking before confirming.

Exceptions

Deposits and payments cannot be refunded unless the cancellation is due to a failure or error on our part. In such cases, we will contact the customer to agree on a satisfactory solution.
